About Us

Gary is the Managing Director of ASM Networks. Gary has been working within the structured cabling industry since 2008 and has worked relentlessly to gain numerous certifications throughout his career. In May 2018, Gary decided to start ASM networks. Since then, he has built a successful business and gained several contracts. Gary has managed many large projects during the time at ASM Networks. Gary is a Certified Network Infrastructure Design Professional (CNIDP), this is fundamental for the design for structured cabling installations.

Richard is the Operations Director at ASM Networks. Richard has had many different job roles over his career. Structured cabling, management and planning to name a few. Richard’s primary role is the Health and safety management of ASM Networks. As such, he completed a NEBOSH in Health and safety Management for construction to increase his knowledge and to be able to provide the best advice possible.

Steven started working with us in 2023 to control the day-to-day management of our office. His role is arguably the most important within the company. With a background in education, business and accounting, along with a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, he has the skills to keep ASM Networks running smoothly.

Simon has been working in the industry since 2011 starting his career as a Data Engineer. Working as an engineer for many years, Simon joined an electrical company to complete his apprenticeship, after gaining great knowledge and experience, he is now our QS and has apprentices left to learn in his very capable hands. Simon has an expertise that our team and customers rely on greatly.

Sam is our senior Engineer at ASM Networks. He joined the team in 2019 and has a great deal of experience working with both copper cable and fibre optics. Sam has always strived to give his absolute best, and this shows in his workmanship and attention to detail. To improve his career path, Sam has decided to complete an apprenticeship in electrical installation. Not only is he an expert in structured cabling, but he will also be an expert Electrician.

Liam joined our team in 2023 after working within the Renewable energy source industry. Liam has gained great experience within this industry and has a Level 3 diploma in electrical installation. With his knowledge, work ethic and professionalism, we knew he was a great fit for our team and jumped at the chance to have him in our ranks. 

Jake had been working with us at ASM Networks as a labourer since 2021 in his spare time from college where he was studying Electrical. Now his course has finished, he has been employed as a Trainee engineer.  Jake is a very keen and ambitious team member who wants nothing but to learn and become the best he can be. During the time Jake has been with us, he has gained knowledge of many aspects of the job and is a valued member of our team and well on his way to losing that Trainee status.
